Shipping policy
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with end to end tracking.
- Dispatched from South Australia.
- PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers accepted.
- All parcels require either a contact mobile, or email address for the receiver.
- Use the AusPost app for tracking updates, redirections, Parcel Collect, delivery preferences and proof of delivery.

Signature on delivery is not required unless purchased at checkout. Parcels may be left at your front door if the delivery driver deems it safe.
Domestic (Australia)

Standard Shipping (Parcel Post): Flat rate $8.
Estimated delivery 4β8 business days. -
Priority Shipping (Express Post): Flat rate $12.
Estimated delivery 1β4 business days. -
Processing time: 1β2 business days before dispatch.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100, or upgrade to Priority for only $4.
International (Rest of the World)
We currently ship internationally via Australia Post.
Your delivery will be serviced by your countries Postal Network.

Shipping is weight-based with flat rates available for New Zealand, Canada, UK & Ireland.
Maximum 5kg order. -
Standard flat rates also apply to other regions.
Maximum 2kg order.
