At Discounted Crystals, every piece is chosen with care and packed with love. πβ¨ Because of the nature of crystals, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you have any concerns, please reach out - weβll always do our best to help.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, the following steps must be taken:

Notify Discounted Crystals

Please email or contact us on social media with clear photos of the damaged itemΒ and packaging within 3 business days of delivery.

Report to Australia Post

Present the damaged item and packaging at a participating Post Office.

Only the addressee (the person who ordered the item) can make this report.

Not all Post Offices are able to complete damage reports - go to a Corporate Post Office (not LPOs) or Business Hub.

The retail staff will lodge a Customer Service Complaint on your behalf. Youβll need to leave the damaged item and all packaging with them for processing.

Australia Post may request additional documentation such as proof of ID, statutory declaration, postage receipts, or item details.

Quick Resolution for Small Damages

For items valued under $20, you wonβt need to go through Australia Post.

Simply send us photo evidence within 3 business days, and weβll organise a store credit for you.
- If a refund is preffered, pelase follow the above process via Australia Post.
