Return & Refund Policy

At Discounted Crystals, every piece is chosen with care and packed with love. πŸŒ™βœ¨ Because of the nature of crystals, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you have any concerns, please reach out - we’ll always do our best to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Notify Discounted Crystals

    • Please email or contact us on social media with clear photos of the damaged itemΒ and packaging within 3 business days of delivery.

  2. Report to Australia Post

    • Present the damaged item and packaging at a participating Post Office.

    • Only the addressee (the person who ordered the item) can make this report.

    • Not all Post Offices are able to complete damage reports - go to a Corporate Post Office (not LPOs) or Business Hub.

    • The retail staff will lodge a Customer Service Complaint on your behalf. You’ll need to leave the damaged item and all packaging with them for processing.

    • Australia Post may request additional documentation such as proof of ID, statutory declaration, postage receipts, or item details.

Quick Resolution for Small Damages

  • For items valued under $20, you won’t need to go through Australia Post.

  • Simply send us photo evidence within 3 business days, and we’ll organise a store credit for you.

  • If a refund is preffered, pelase follow the above process via Australia Post.
